We ship all orders via UPS. Addresses must be a street address. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO or F.P.O. addresses.

Your toffee is handmade upon receipt of your order. It may take up to 3 days to process your order and prepare your toffee for shipment. Within the local Los Angeles area, courier service is available. Please call to order this service.

If your toffee is a gift, please specify desired delivery date, and we will make every effort to honor your request.

All of our toffee is securely packaged and shipped to ensure that your order arrives to you in the best possible condition. If your toffee does not arrive in acceptable condition, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. There is an additional fee for re-delivery to an incorrect address.

Due to the heat sensitive nature of the toffee, we do not ship via UPS Ground outside of California from May 1 through September 30. During these warmer months, UPS 2 day air or UPS Next day air is required. Consequently, we do not ship outside of California on Thursdays or Fridays. Freezer packs are included in each package to ensure the freshness of the toffee upon delivery.
